Before and After (the arm, not the kitchen)

Here's the little princess! This is right before we went to the doctor's office (via the airpot to pick up grandma 'tello)I didn't remember this, I've only ever had one cast, but her arm had all this dry dead skin when they took the cast off. I was told not to scrub it, even though I really wanted to.I probably shouldn't even put this up, but there is nothing cuter than a baby's bum. Here's our little skinny minnie. Right after I took this picture she let go of the wall and stood up on her own for about 5 seconds! That is the first time I'd ever seen her stand without any support..I brushed Eva's hair last night after bath time and it seemed longer! It's always such a bob because it curls up so much. This morning it's more sticking straight out than down though.

Cheese!

Look at that crazy hair!! I'm so tempted to cut her bangs, but Jason won't let me. Imagine that...having to cut a child's hair before the age of one...so weird. There's not really much to update, so I thought I'd put up a few pictures. I started school last week. I have 2 online classes and one on campus-about 1/2 mile from our house. I'm loving it so far-except my ethics class is not going to be much fun. I'm not very interested in the abstract stuff, but I'll suffer through it.
I thought I should add a picture of Eva's cast. She gets it off on Wednesday!

Little Things That Make it All Worthwhile

This morning Colby decided it would be fun to get Lilia's sippy cup of milk out of the fridge and shake it upside down from the kitchen, through the family room, and into the hall. He got in trouble, and I asked, "Why did you do that?" Of course he had no answer. Anyway...no time out or anything, just some talking to. About 15 minutes later, enough time had passed for him to forget he had even been in trouble, he comes up to me and says, "Mommy, I'm sorry I spilled milk on the floor."
I love my little boy.
This was his response to, "Smile for real."
