July update

So we've still been chipping away at the house. We're finalizing our decision on cabinet paint. We're going to try to get all of the rooms painted because we'll be getting carpet put in in the next couple of weeks. We got a killer deal at Lowe's with a 10% off coupon, and they're having a special on installation! This will be the third time we've gotten new carpet (in one house or another) and the first time we don't have to tear it out ourselves!
We painted an accent wall in our bedroom, first time ever using a paint sprayer. I set up the machine and was going to do it all myself. I flip it on and before I know it there's about a quater gallon of tealish color paint on the carpet! Thank goodness we didn't replace the carpet right when we got here. Jason figured out that I didn't use some socket or something like that, maybe it was a wrench, to tighten a couple of bolts that I was supposed to. Whoops. It made me feel guilty. Earlier that day I'd gotten mad at Colby for spilling a drink all over himself and the wood floor-it took about 10 seconds to clean up. Then I spill PAINT on CARPET! Jason wasn't even mad at all. Made me think about being too hard on the kids.
Lilia is growing non-stop it seems like! She had her 4 month appointment a week ago. She's 14 1/2 pounds, almost 26 inches. She's 75th percentile for weight & height. She also started eating solids! Yay! It took some figuring out, but now she gobbles it up. She also rolled over for the first (and second) time on Saturday!! Stomach to back, but it was almost back to stomach today! She loves the Jumping Jack! Colby and Eva can't resist trying to help her jump whenever she's in it. (Thanks Grandma Croshaw-soon we'll be passing it on to baby Cole or Asher!)

Eva got her big girl twin bed a few days ago too. She still can't quite climb in it, but she just pushes this big rocker catapillar over and climbs from it's back onto her bed. She's figuring it out! (I'll try to get a picture of it and add it later.) Today Lilia was taking a nap and I go into the girls room and find that Colby and Eva used the catapillar to climb into her crib and wake her up. She was just smiling up at them, I can't really get mad when she's so happy to see them in her crib with her.

Daddy and his girls.

Ever heard of a Bumbo? Well this is one! It lets babies sit up before they can sit on their own. Colby always calls Lilia "Bumbo" now.

Eva loves, loves, loves her little sister. It's so sweet. I love watching my baby (Eva) talk to her baby (Lilia) in a baby voice. It never gets old.I couldn't resist-she's just so beautiful! We've figured out Lilia looks just like Colby when he was a baby, a little bit older than her, when he about that amount of hair. I'll try to find a comparison picture to put up.

I know I put way too many pictures up, but I can never decide which ones to use!

I agree, never ENOUGH pictures. You have the most-GORGEOUS children, by the way, you are good to everyone to post pictures of them. Thank you!!

One small request... um... could you pretty please load them through the blogger so that when I click on them they get BIG. I really want a closer look and your sweeties.

PSS- I have heard of the bumbo, and have not added it to my registry yet- you like yours a lot? It is an intriguing contraption and comes in so many colors. When could you start using it (age-wise)?

Those pics were so cute...your kids are gorgeous! I still cannot get over the fact that you have three of them ;) Random question...what does your husband do for a living?

I do load through blogger, I always wondered why they wouldn't get bigger! I compress them so it doesn't take so long to load, but then I can't make them bigger...I wonder if that's the problem.
Lilia loves the bumbo! We started sitting her in it when she was about 3 months old, but that's just when we got it, you might be able to use it earlier. When she started she didn't want to sit in it for very long at a time, but it's really nice to sit her on the kitchen counter with me when I have to make dinner or something.
Lindsy-my husband is a credit manager for a construction supply company. We were living in Pocatello for a year while he was doing the company training, then we got placed in San Antonio. So here we are! :)
